jit buzz Terms and Conditions

This document serves as a legal agreement between the jit buzz platform and its users. These terms apply to all activities including browsing the website, registering an account, participating in games, betting, claiming bonuses and any kind of financial transaction.

jit buzz is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. You can learn more on our About Us page. These terms are also available in English, but the Bengali version is considered the original document.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

No person may open an account or use jit buzz services unless the following conditions are met:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• The account must be operated in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

To open an account with jit buzz, you must provide accurate personal information. The mobile number and email address given at registration must be active. The account will not be fully activated without OTP verification.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, jit buzz may request a copy of your national ID card or passport at any time to verify your identity. Verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawal requests. Transactions may be held until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

Each user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact the support centre immediately. jit buzz will not be responsible for any security breach caused by the user.

2.3 Right to Close Accounts

jit buzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account if they breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information.

The minimum deposit amount on jit buzz is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name.

3.1 Deposit Methods

jit buzz currently accepts deposits through the following methods:

• Upay
• Bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank)

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is neither accepted nor sent.
• jit buzz may investigate suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary.

Receiving a bonus on jit buzz is an opportunity, not a right. Each bonus has its own terms, and the bonus and any winnings earned from it cannot be withdrawn until those terms are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly jit buzz Reward — 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x.
• jit buzz Slots Fun — 40% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x.
• Cricket Festival Bonus — 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x.
• Birthday Special Gift — up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend Reward — up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied at the same time.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

All casino games and sports betting services offered on jit buzz are operated by third-party technology providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are independently verified.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, jit buzz will take the outcome of the last successful game as the basis for any further action.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome will be determined according to the betting rules.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is strictly prohibited.
• Using any automated software or bots to place bets is not allowed.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes in coordination with other users is strictly prohibited.

jit buzz's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each level.

• Bronze level: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver level: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold level: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum level: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Weekly cashback is given as a portion of the total net loss for that week. For example, a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. The cashback amount is limited to the maximum rate for each level.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on participation in the programme — specific turnover requirements are not published. jit buzz reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

jit buzz collects, stores and processes users' personal information. How information is used, what is shared with third parties and what rights you have are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Using the service will be considered acceptance of that policy.

7.1 Cookies and Tracking

The jit buzz platform uses cookies to improve service quality and personalise the user experience. Cookies can be managed through browser settings, though in some cases this may limit the platform's functionality.

jit buzz believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of income. Any user who feels their gaming habits are getting out of control is encouraged to seek help.

8.1 Access by Minors Prohibited

It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to open an account or use jit buzz services. If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

jit buzz owns all intellectual property on the platform, including the design, logo, content, software and graphics. Users may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content or any part of it without permission.

Content from game developers — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution or Spribe — is protected by their own intellectual property laws. jit buzz is simply a licensed distributor of their technology.

jit buzz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. jit buzz is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, loss of internet connection or issues with third-party services.

10.1 Force Majeure

jit buzz will not be liable if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages or any other uncontrollable circumstances. Every effort will be made to restore the service in such situations.

11.1 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.

jit buzz may partially or fully amend these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. This document is considered the complete agreement between jit buzz and the user.
